Content

The RBC Group company starts implementation of the ERP system of Infor10 ERP Enterprise (the old name – Infor ERP LN) in PJSC Romensky Plant Traktorozapchast.

Tasks

Main objectives of the project - implementation of the standard of production management of MRPII for ensuring the balanced production planning of finished goods and semi-finished products, purchases of materials and component parts, stocks and utilization of capacity. The choice of RBC Group as the partner in the project is caused by wide successful experience of consultants in the field of automation of industrial enterprises.

Start

In August, 2012 the implementation project of the ERP system of Infor10 ERP Enterprise (the old name – Infor ERP LN) and the QlikView BI systems in PJSC Romensky Plant Traktorozapchast is begun.

Objectives

During the project business processes in Infor10 ERP Enterprise will be optimized, formalized and implemented: management of the normative reference information, design-technology ensuring production, planning of shipments, productions, internal transfers and purchases, operational production management, sales management, purchase management, inventory management and warehouses, production cost accounting.

It is necessary to provide seamless integration with a system "1C: Enterprise" in which accounting of the enterprise is kept. For carrying out the analysis of execution of business processes and monitoring of KPI it is going to use BI- a system QlikView. It will allow to pass to the enterprise to the process approach to management and management by objectives. During the project it is also going to optimize organizational and production and logistic structures of the enterprise.

Expectations

In a project deliverable the management of the enterprise is going to optimize use of the resources of the enterprise necessary for productive activity, to lower production costs, to reduce the inventory level, to increase turnover of money and also to increase the production volume of finished goods with the high level of customer satisfaction, both on terms, and on quality, to increase performing discipline at the enterprise.

2013. Project Completion

RBC Group completed implementation of the ERP system of Infor10 ERP Enterprise in PJSC Romensky Plant Traktorozapchast, the press service of integrator reported on July 5, 2013.

Job

During the project are executed:

  • installation and configuring of systems;
  • training of staff of the enterprise of functionality of systems and to administrative tools and developments;
  • formalization of main system of coding and classification of information and business processes, their setup in a system and complex testing;
  • complete audit and input of the normative reference information, including specifications, consumption rates of materials, process flows, regulations of time, a start batch, etc.;
  • creation of jobs of heads in BI- a system QlikView, including plan-fact analysis of finished product output, semi-finished products and component parts, subcontract works and purchases, the inventory level and their turnover, accomplishment of planned daily tasks and the culture of production, equipment downtimes;
  • setup of roles, rights and powers of users; training of users for operation of a system;
  • seamless integration with the system of accounting 1C: Enterprise;
  • start of a system in operation and its support.

Results

In a management system are implemented:

  • management of the normative reference information;
  • design-technology ensuring production;
  • sales planning, productions, purchases and movements;
  • operational production management;
  • inventory management and warehouses;
  • purchase management; sales management;
  • production cost accounting.

Dmitry Zamurenko, the chief executive of RBC Group company, noted: "The project was executed in very tough terms that could not be performed without use of a linking of ERP and a BI system. Use of QlikView allowed to control the course input and reconciliations of the normative reference information and also to create convenient analytical applications for top managers and managers of an average link. Pleasantly direct participation of the owner surprised during development of business processes and start of a system which non-standard train of thought allowed to start a system in a short space of time by a method of "Big Bang" - on all production workshops and a nomenclature number of products with the maximum rigidity of planning, accounting and control. Also It should be noted that the schedule system and accounting is constructed in end-to-end – from planning department before daily planning of loading of workers by masters".
