2025: Launch of AI assistant based on neural network model GigaChat

An AI assistant built on the basis of artificial intelligence (AI) for GigaChat business will help students and everyone looking for a job in the future, choose relevant employment options and build a career trajectory. The smart assistant is being developed by experts from Sberbank Business Software and the RosSkill online service. The AI assistant will advise on vacancies, salary levels, employer requirements and select employment options. Sberbank announced this on May 14, 2025.

Previously, the online service used a chatbot, which answered applicants with pre-configured answers on pre-created limited scenarios. The updated AI assistant will provide real-time answers with high accuracy. This was made possible by the large GigaChat language model and the use of RAG architecture ― technology that combines the search for relevant information in existing data stores and the generation of text using language models.

For the pilot version of the assistant, RosSkill data for the Siberian Federal District and two relevant professions were used: business analyst and system analyst. The fully finished AI assistant will run on data collected across the country and hundreds of specialties.
