On September 22, 2015 the Center of Electronic Biddings B2B-Center company announced a victory in selection of electronic marketplaces for the organization of purchases of the enterprises of nuclear sector. The system offered by the company was allowed to trial operation.

"Making selection of electronic marketplaces we paid special attention to requirements of information security, reliability, protection against unauthorized access and also service quality of suppliers, - Roman Zimonas, the purchasing director of ROSATOM State Corporation told. – Participants of selection finished the interface and functionality, implemented integration into the automated control system for purchasing activity of Rosatom".

As a result of selection, became B2B-Center one of three platforms allowed to trial operation. The official approval of Rosatom ETP is expected after successful holding five procedures of purchases by each of methods:
- tender,
- auction,
- Dutch auction,
- request for quotations,
- request for proposals and competitive negotiations.
The B2B-Center executed a full integration of service with a uniform industry management system for purchasing activity (EOS-Zakupki) which automates all business processes of purchasing activity of the enterprises of Rosatom: from planning and carrying out purchases before signing of the contracts, monitoring of their execution and a reporting preparation. 99% of all purchases of nuclear sector take place electronically.
Upon completion of the project industry customers can work in the interface, usual for them, and come on the platform for the publication of the procedure. All necessary information automatically arrives in EOS-Zakupki. Integration considers also permanent development of a system of Rosatom State Corporation: the service of ETP adapts to changes.
