Support of SAP on nuclear power plants will cost 500 million rubles

On June 10, 2017 the operator of nuclear power stations - Rosenergoatom - signed the service contract of technical support of the software of SAP which was purchased in different years^[1]. The maximum volume of the contract is more than 500 million rubles. It is calculated for a period of up to the end of 2018.

Services of support will be rendered by SAP CIS, and the contract with the structure which is a part of Rosatom - Atomenergoprom company was signed. She acts in this case as the agent and will earn an agency fee in 1% of the amount which will be paid for services.

The technical support will appear for the SAP software purchased from 2011 to 2016. The list includes products SAP Business Suite SAP NetWeaver SAP MDM SAP SRM, SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation, SAP Payroll Processing SAP BusinessObjects BI , etc.

Services of support of SAP Enterprise Support which will be received by Rosenergoatom include obtaining new versions of a SAP software and also tools and procedures for its updating, receiving packets of corrections, support in situations, critical for business, including message handling about problems, conducting remote specialized checks of software, access to a global network of support and many other things.

Among services - a possibility of use of "new technologies" for a possibility of support of OS and databases of third-party producers.

In 2017 in Rosenergoatom the large-scale project of replication the ERP system of SAP came to the end. Based on a single system of SAP ERP in central office of Rosenergoatom, branches and on the NPP control of basic processes, including investments and projects, purchases, stocks, logistics, agreements, management of finance and costs, accounting and tax accounting is exercised. As of the beginning of 2017 in total in concern there were more than 4,500 users of SAP ERP.
