Roslesinforg upgraded EDMS

On December 14, 2016 the Digital Design company announced implementation of EDMS Docsvision in Roslesinforg company.

In a work progress the solution "Administrative Office-work" is updated that accelerated processes of preparation, approval and execution of documents, and the module "Interfilial Exchange". The contractor executes integration of electronic document management systems of Roslesinforga and Rosleskhoz for the organization of effective paperless exchange of documents between organizations.

Staff of central office of Roslesinforga works in the thin client who allowed to make work of users with a system more convenient. Besides, in central office the solutions "Automated Workplace of the Head" for tablet devices which will ensure effective functioning of the management with documents and instructions in EDMS, including in offline mode, and "an automated workplace of the controller" – for reduction of labor input of processes of control and reporting are implemented. Also for completion of the reporting under control of performing discipline by the contractor the module of detailed reports is installed.

Specialists Digital Design provided training of administrators and users in work with the updated EDMS. In a system will be about 400 employees of Roslesinforga work.
