On June 16, 2016 the Digital Design company announced a victory in the tender for creation of an electronic document management system of Federal Agency of Sea River Transport (Rosmorrechflot).
Project Tasks
The customer will receive EDMS on the basis of the system of documentary management Priority on the Docsvision Core platform.
Need of creation of an electronic document management system of Rosmorrechflot is proved by requirements of the Russian legislation, in particular the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 6/15/2009 No. 477, Orders of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation of 9/2/2011 No. 221 and of 5/27/2015 No. 186/258 and other regulations.
The choice of SDU "Priority" from Digital Design is caused by compliance of a system to requirements of the current legislation, ample opportunities of software regarding workflow automation and integration with the system of interdepartmental interaction (MEDO).
In workplaces of staff of Rosmorrechflot it is necessary to set "thin client". For registrars, controllers and administrators installation of the specialized the automated jobs (AJ) which use will help to work quickly with documents is supposed, to prepare the reporting. In a work progress archive office-work of the customer, in providing centralized logical and convenient storage of the performed documents will be automated.
The project will help to unify and automate processes of document flow to the level of final contractors in all divisions of the customer, to reduce terms of work with documents, to increase transparency of their movement, to reduce labor costs by preparation of the reporting.
SDU "Priority" will provide to the customer integration with the MEDO 2.7 federal system that will allow the staff of Rosmorrechflot to use freely electronic signatures in interdepartmental electronic document management and to exchange documents on MEDO channels according to requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications No. 186/258.
It is supposed that "thin client" more than 200 employees of Rosmorrechflot from all structural divisions will use, specialized automated workplaces will be set for 10 users. All works are going to be completed in September, 2016.
