In central office of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service (Rosprirodnadzor) the complex project on system implementation of document management and workflows BOSS-Referent with preliminary upgrade of IT infrastructure is complete. The project is executed by Lank Sistems company in cooperation with BTLab.
Implementation of a new management system for workflows is caused by need of reduction of terms of approval and signing of documents. Based on the competition held in June, 2009 the automated control system for document flow BOSS-Referent was selected.
In addition to creation of an electronic document management system in the company some more tasks were solved, namely, the isolated local computer network is created, an internal mail system on the Lotus Domino/Notes IBM platform is delivered and the scalable solution on reliable document storage is organized.
Within the project on creation of EDMS the Concept of implementation of electronic document management and Regulations of work with a system are developed. In a system more than 100 users work.
