Borlas and Axioma-Soft implemented in Rosselkhozbank an information system of budgeting on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform

2020: Implementation of an information system of budgeting
On October 23, 2020 the Borlas company reported that together with Axioma-Soft implemented in Rosselkhozbank an information system of budgeting on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.
The project on development of the system of budgeting and its integration into an IT landscape of bank was implemented by participants step by step. At the first stage a project team Axioma-Soft executed development of business functionality of a budgeting system of Rosselkhozbank. The implemented information system had to provide centralization of business processes in a uniform IT landscape with the purpose to achieve transparency and an audiruyemost of key processes of budgeting.
For the solution of this task the product "1C: Holding Management" which conformed to the stated requirements was selected - it is the solution of an industrial scale on the platform from the register of domestic programs supported by vendor and having big network of partners in development, completion, setup, having the developed integration potential of the platform.
During the first stage of the project were automated by specialists of Axioma-Soft company:
- structure formation;
- approval and signing by the EDS keys of an expense budget, register of payments;
- check of payments regarding compliance to target use of money, to an expense budget and the register of payments;
- management of execution of payment in the core banking system;
- registrations of response / return of payment (complete and partial);
- report forms on process.
The Borlas group acted as subcontractor, having undertaken a complex of works on design and development of integration mechanisms and also security subsystems within the second stage of the project. The integration adapter ¸ developed by a project team of Borlas allowed to implement information exchanges between a budgeting system and adjacent banking information systems of Rosselkhozbank.
In order that employees of the bank could operate effectively the solution, were updated the user instruction and the administrator and also the instruction of the information security administrator is prepared.
At the third, final stage project participants prepared the program and a test procedure of the created complete solution and carried out acceptance tests. During the period of trial operation of a system its technical support was performed.
Creation of the reliable information system answering to all stated business requirements became a result of the project. Issues of integration of a budgeting system with adjacent information systems were resolved that allowed to achieve good effect of implementation for bank.
