Rosselkhozbank decided to purchase antiviruses of Dr.Web, but could not find the supplier

Rosselkhozbank could not buy anti-virus solutions of Dr.Web, having referred to insufficient experience of suppliers.

Applications for participation in the tender for delivery of 24 thousand licenses of the Dr.Web software products were submitted by 4 companies – "Inventas of MSK", I-Teco, Lidmar and Tegrus. Having considered materials of participants, the tender committee of bank made the decision on failure in admission to the tender of all applicants and recognition of an auction cancelled.

In particular, requests of "Inventas of MSK", Lidmar and Tegrus were rejected on an absence reason at the companies of experience of execution of delivery agreements of the licenses Dr.Web for 2015 and 2016. In addition, the company of "Inventas of MSK" in the filed documents had no agreement on alienation of the exclusive right to software. The request of I-Teco was also rejected – here the customer did not accept the amount of delivery contracts of the solutions Dr.Web performed by the company in 2015 and 2016 which was below the amount of the starting price of the agreement.

Let's remind that open auction on delivery of the licenses Dr. Web Desktop Security Suite (An antivirus + Command center) with the initial cost of 24.5 million rubles was announced by Rosselkhozbank on July 11, 2016^[1]. According to the technical project the customer was going to obtain 24001 licenses for a period of 3 years.

The anti-virus solution from Dr.Web had to provide protection of jobs of employees of bank, organize centralized operation of bank by anti-virus network and also give an opportunity of obtaining data on the virus incidents happening in internal network of financial institution.
