At the time of system implementation the BOSS-personnel officer, the created database in JSC Rostelecom on the Microsoft SQL Server platform was one of the biggest in Europe.

Project Tasks

• increase in controllability by personnel of the company, transparency of HR processes on all company in general;
• optimization of personnel document flow and automation of calculation and salary accrual and also calculation of the consolidated taxes;
• complete and comprehensive human resources accounting of the company;
• distribution of functionality and transition to the consolidated statements;
• operational and evident submission of necessary analytical information on personnel;
• automation of calculation of the unified social tax (UST) for all holding;
• automation of accounting of personnel and payroll on the Microsoft SQL Server platform.

Implementation scope

• implementation of modules: the staff list, registration of personnel, time keeping, payroll calculation, accounting in RPF;
• the "Accounting and computing" circuit of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system automating processes of personnel records and payroll is implemented;
• the circuit "Management of personnel processes" assuming process automation of management of recruiting, motivation, career of personnel and also certification, assessment, training of employees is implemented;
• joining with Axapta;
• remote access to data with use of terminal services;
• differentiation of access rights to data on divisions;
• the special scheme of the cost accounting on compensation.

Project Effect

• the single corporate system on accounting of personnel, accounting of work and payroll is created;
• accounting of personnel and payroll is automated;
• uniform corporate accounting rules of labor costs taking into account requirements of mnogourovny analytical accounting are developed;
• the list and the contents of the used output forms of the reporting is optimized.
