2015: Borlas will provide the second year in a row technical support of products Oracle in Rostelecom

On January 28, 2015 Rostelecom summed up the results of an open quotation request on rendering services of standard technical support of the software of Oracle[1].

According to documentation, purchase was divided into 2 lots. On the first lot with the initial cost of 510 million rubles support of the solutions Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition Plus, Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution, Oracle Communications Order and Service Management, Oracle Database (Standard and Enterprise Edition) was required, for Oracle Financials & Sales Analyzers, Oracle8i Enterprise Edition and others.

Within the second lot support of solutions for the amount was required for 10 million rubles, names softwares were not specified in documentation. A timeline for delivery of services – from January 1 to December 31, 2015.

Applications of Borlas companies, RDTECH, Technoserv and FORS group were submitted for the first lot. The smallest price was offered by Borlas Group - 463.740 million rubles. This company was also announced by the winner.

On the second lot there were 2 participants – RDTECH and FORS. Here the victory was won by RDTECH with the price of the request of 8.260 million rubles.

"Borlas will give technical support of the software of Oracle used by Rostelecom. Within a year the company will provide an authorized access to the electronic system of technical support of Oracle, will advise specialists of Rostelecom and to react to their requests, to update software versions and to provide other services which enter a packet of standard technical support", - reported in Borlas company.

Both corporate systems based on Oracle E-Business Suite, and the solution in the field of a business intelligence, work with requests of subscribers and other resources of the largest Russian telecom company entered a circuit of service.

According to the results of open competitions Rostelecom selects the second year in a row Borlas the service partner in rendering technical support services of products of Oracle", - it was said in the statement of the company.
