On July 29, 2015 the AT Consulting company announced project completion of promoting of the regional portal of state services of the Orenburg region, by request of PJSC Rostelecom.
Project Progress
The regional portal of the public and municipal services of the Orenburg region of 56.gosuslugi.ru began to work in 2009.
In the Orenburg region the AT Consulting company waged a large-scale campaign of promoting of the regional portal.

At the first stage of the project the concept of promotion of the portal, models of information and distributing and multimedia materials is developed. The second stage included promotion of the 56.gosuslugi.ru portal on radio, television, in printed media, in Internet space, actions of advertizing character in two largest cities of the Orenburg region – Orenburg and Orsk.
"Within the project the competitive event among pupils of 9-11 classes of schools of Orenburg and Orsk which winners won valuable prizes was also held. To tell school students about the regional portal of public services of the Orenburg region we organized special lessons of information science in a format of laboratory practical work. They were visited by more than 10 thousand pupils", – Igor Zasinets, the director of the department of information technologies of the Orenburg region noted.
All held events are directed to informing residents of the Orenburg region on portal opportunities among which there are services REGISTRY OFFICES, execution of the international passport, registration of vehicles and many others.
"The slogan "close queue — open state services!" became the main idea of the project. Today residents of the Orenburg region give preference more and more to electronic services, work they with which do not take away a lot of time. Project implementation will increase recognition of the 56.gosuslugi.ru portal and will help to pass to a new format of interaction of citizens and the authorities", – Andrey Kaprenin, the manager of projects of AT Consulting company emphasized.
The number of the visitors registered on the portal of the public and municipal services of the Orenburg region by 56.gosuslugi.ru exceeded 127 thousand human. Daily about 140 statements are in electronic form processed. Since the beginning of 2015 on the portal more than 25 thousand statements are processed.
