Rostelecom and EVRAZ launched a closed wireless high-speed transport infrastructure using Private LTE (pLTE) and NB-loT technology in the Kachkanarskoye field in the Sverdlovsk region. Eight base stations provide corporate cellular communications throughout the quarries and railway tracks, and create radio coverage within the enclosed perimeter.
