Rostelecom connected 78 offices of Insurance House VSK to VPN network

Rostelecom has created a virtual private network (VPN) for the VSK Insurance House, which has united 78 VSK offices in various regions of the country within a single network. The bandwidth guaranteed to the customer of connection channels to the created VPN varies from 4 Mbps for regional divisions to 100 Mbps for the Moscow office.

VSK intends to use the VPN network not only to ensure the stable operation of the most important distributed corporate systems and the transmission of traditional types of traffic, but also for corporate telephony.

As noted in Rostelecom, solutions based on VPN technology guarantee high confidentiality and reliability of communication, which is especially important for insurance enterprises, and at the same time provide significant cost savings when using modern telecommunications services compared to other technologies.
