Rosterminalugol (TRIM)

The ITM company, the child organization NPP Spectec, completed system implementation of management of repairs and maintenance on the basis of the software package TRIM in Rosterminalugol company.

The company operates the coal terminal in the Leningrad Region which processes up to 350 cars with coal in day using the specialized equipment. The intensity of transfer of loads therefore the competent organization of processes of maintenance and repair is, according to the customer, one of the main objectives depends on the level of readiness and reliability of this equipment. At the same time the company needs to optimize the volume of the resources used in a MRO.

The implementation project of a management system of a MRO began in December, 2007. Within the project all complex of works, since inspection, development of the project documentation, filling of the database of future system was executed (with participation of the customer), and finishing with system deployment at the enterprise, user training, balancing and commissioning and delivery of a system to the customer.

During implementation the modules "Maintenance", "Directory", "Warehouse", "Personnel", "Document flow", "Administrator" were involved. Converters of data for integration of TRIM with an accounting system "TB Corporation" and own APCS of the terminal are developed and delivered that allowed to provide automatic data transmission about an operating time of the equipment and their display in a management system for repairs. In total 15 jobs in services of the chief mechanical engineer and chief power engineer are created.

Commissioning of separate blocks of a system is performed step by step. At the moment use of the magazine of defects is begun, account of duration of equipment downtimes, accounting, storage and use of documentation from MRO ISU, including pictures of defects is kept.
