ERP system of Roszheldorproyekt integrated 22 branches

The Roszheldorproyekt company, subsidiary of Russian Railway, started commercial operation of a single system of accounting and tax accounting, personnel records and the salary based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". The project was executed by Omega Plus 91 company.

The end-to-end system of centralized accounting will allow to increase effective management of 22 branches of the company located in all territory of Russia in eight time zones. The project is implemented within creation of an end-to-end system of accounting, management and the centralized control of all divisions and branches of the company.

At system implementation the industry specifics of activity of the company were considered. In particular, in a system the functionality "is implemented by OMEGAplus: Accounting of works agreements on PBU 2/2008", account of transactions allowing to keep within contract agreements according to the new order which became effective on January 1, 2009.

The implemented system covered all branches and divisions of the company in the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Petrozavodsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Kaluga, Smolensk, Oryol, Yaroslavl, Voronezh, Rostov-on-Don, Perm. Saratov, Samara, Ufa, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Chita, Ulan-Ude, Free, Khabarovsk.

In a project deliverable all users of a system got online access to necessary information. Besides, accurate accomplishment of business processes is provided, labor costs are reduced by reporting, double entry of data is eliminated, functioning of accounting services in uniform information base with production service and service of planning is ensured.

On the next stage it is going to implement formation of the consolidated statements, accounting according to IFRS, preparation of the intra group reporting provided in parent company.
