The consulting company BrightConsult announced a successful completion of automation of the program of discounts in trade and service network "Rubber Horseshoe". In all car centers of network using the BrightAuto system since 2009 the new functional module on work with discount cards was implemented. The new application allows to optimize the processes connected with issue, issue, accounting and exchange of discount cards of clients. Shortly the module of management of rewards programs will be also added to the available functionality.
Process automation allows to avoid cases of a design of discount cards with violation of internal regulations. Issue of the card in the absence of the completed questionnaire of the client can be an example of such violation and also at the insufficient number and the total cost of the purchases made by the client. A system also allows to reduce to zero the number of incorrectly completed questionnaires, i.e. without indication of personal and contact information. Besides, the new functionality limits possibilities of abuses, discount cards linked with use to the staff of outlets and also minimizes the probability of loss of maps by clients.
The Rubber Horseshoe company traditionally pays much attention to development of the IT infrastructure. In 2009 with assistance of BrightConsult company in all car centers of network the BrightAuto system, industry solution based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV was unrolled. Implementation of BrightAuto provided efficiency of purchase planning, effective coordinating of work between the central warehouses and warehouses in branches and retail outlets and also optimization of a management system and the reporting. The transparent information system integrating all basic processes and activities of Rubber Horseshoe was as a result adjusted. Integration of the new module of discount cards became the next step in improvement of a system.

In further plans of the company – start of the functional module of gifts (bonuses). Implementation of functionality is already conducted. According to the results of the project the card file of bonuses (different tariff plans), the application for calculation and fixing of the gifts issued to the client, opportunities for a bonus binding to the discount card of the client and application of a bonus to the purchases made earlier will be created. Project completion is planned for May, 2011.
