Project History

The structure of RusGazEngineering Management Company LLC company integrating in itself technology, project, design, production, and other divisions. provides project implementation, optimal for the customer, irrespective of its scale, terms of introduction of an object to operation, guaranteeing optimal use of financial resources. Company management of such scale means development of infrastructure using the advanced scientific and technical developments.

In June, 2007 RusGazEngineering Management Company LLC and TANAIS company signed the delivery agreement and system implementation of electronic document management and interaction management of DIRECTUM.

At the first stage of the project specialists of TANAIS company provided training of the leading users of a system. Further Basic modules, the modules Office, Management of meetings, Contract management were implemented and also the service of DIRECTUM Storage Services storages will be implemented. The staff of remote divisions of RusGazEngineering company had an opportunity to work in a system via the web access server.

Processes of approval and document approval in a system (approval of memos, requests for payment) were in actual practice fulfilled and optimized. The electronic digital signature is applied to the documents requiring the invariance of contents and confirmation of authorship. Its use facilitates and accelerates processes of approval of white papers, releases time of responsible persons for more significant tasks.

In Office, with its large volume of document flow, registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence, including, coming and by e-mail is automated. Further documents are sent to users already in electronic form, and paper originals are filed in case. Thus, documents are not lost and not copied for mailing.

The principles of item-by-item (project) accounting of documents and technical documentation are implemented. For implementation of investment and construction activity ordered work with the large volume of the contractual documents requiring registration and approval was required. In the module Contract management this opportunity according to specifics of the organization is completely implemented.

Process of holding meetings based on the module "Management of Meetings" is automated. This need arose because of the regular weekly meetings devoted to the planned projects and summing up execution of solutions of last meetings. Standard routes are adjusted that considerably regulates and facilitates the organization of holding meetings and also – control of execution of solutions of meetings by its participants or nominated persons. Document forms, built in this process, in the usual, used earlier type are modified.

Project Development

After project completion, TANAIS company signed the agreement on support of a system. Further development of the project in "RusGazEngineering" assumes increase in 50 licenses of DIRECTUM up to 150-200 licenses. After end of system implementation DIRECTUM, TANAIS company and RusGazEngineering company plan active post-project cooperation.
