RusHydro implemented software for fight against corruption and is ready to share it

Within the anti-corruption work RusHydro developed and implemented the software under the name "Client of Affiliates", the company at the end of October, 2014 reported. Using this solution the company expects to prevent emergence of a conflict of interest and to reduce risks of emergence of corruption communications of staff of the company with partners to the conclusion with them contractual relations and also to the conclusion of employment contracts with employees.

Software "The client of affiliates" allows to check quickly affiliation of staff of the company and members of their families on the basis of the centralized database about partners, beneficiaries of partners, data from the USRLE. And it allows to reveal as declared, and the hidden participation in the legal entity having turnovers with any society from the RusHydro group.

In 2013 in RusHydro the fact of plunder of 1 billion rubles at construction of the Zagorsk GAES-2 was elicited. With respect thereto the president Vladimir Putin charged to carry out an inspection of the company according to the results of which criminal case under the article "Large scale fraud" was brought.

According to the investigation, when constructing facilities GAES-2 the general contractor signed dummy subcontracts with the controlled construction organizations. As a result of funds, allocated for work, were cashed and plundered.]]

"The client of affiliates" also automates reporting within the declaration campaign. As declare in RusHydro, the program allows to reduce sharply number of errors when filling declarations due to the built-in error protection of input.

At the end of July, 2014 RusHydro received the certificate of Rospatent confirming the rights of the company to this intellectual property item and is ready to perform assignment of rights on use of a system on a commercial basis according to the license agreement to the interested companies.

"The universal nature of the Client of Affiliates program allows to use effectively it in any company, in each labor collective. RusHydro it is ready to share the know-how providing strict compliance with law with all interested organizations", - say in the company.

RusHydro also notes that implementation "The client of affiliates" is only a part of a complex of actions for anti-corruption: in the company more than four years the comprehensive program on warning of commission of illegal and corruption acts works.
