The corporate system of distance learning developed and implemented in Bank has following features:
- training using electronic rates directly from the workplace or from any other computer via the Internet;
- programs of resident instruction with a possibility of submission of requests for their passing (for certain employee categories) online;
- administration of learning process of employees by heads and specialists;
- annual personel assessment;
- feedback according to the results of training: responses about rates and actions, polls, forums;
- training, ekzamenation and accounting of candidates for work in Bank.
The system of distance learning implemented in Bank is implemented in the form of the educational portal. It provides access to it not only from jobs, but also from any computers via the Internet. Such approach is especially relevant for carrying out training and testing of applicants (according to practice of Bank applicants at first pass training based on which they can apply for receiving work).
