In Rusglobal forwarding company system implementation of electronic archive "Etla" is complete, the company reported about it on September 24, 2012.
Goal
Due to constantly growing flow of accounts, accounts invoices and acts, there was a question of the translation of all these documents in an electronic form. Existence of the module of scanning and recognition of not strictly formalized documents which is implemented based on modern and effective remedies of automation became the main selection terms of the Etla system. This module will allow to increase many times document registration speed in a system.
