Rusnano implements the multimedia systems to the sphere of informing and management of the company

The CROC company created the project and implemented the advanced multimedia systems (MMS) in a conference room, the press center, conference halls of board and scientific and technical council of JSC RUSNANO.

Result

CROC implemented the project in 9 months.

The integrated MMS complex created uniform provides the unified centralized operation by means of multimedia based on the equipment Crestron. It provides high efficiency when choosing the modes and scenarios of holding meetings. For example, a fast output of images to the numerous means of display (which are built in a table of a LCD panel, ceiling plasma display panels, floor plasma display panels) and also different types of lighting and sound giving to halls. It is possible to connect wire and wireless subscribers to the system of synchronous translation. This option is very convenient for the participants sitting in the zones invited during the actions. And translators-simultaneous interpreters in addition to a high-quality sound receive on the monitors the image speaking from the cameras of the VKS system located in the hall so that to broadcast the image of any participant of the meeting. The congress system of RUSNANO was finished by specialists of CROC so that from the place of the chairman of a meeting it was possible to implement required scenarios of holding discussions.

Details

These systems form the uniform integrated circuit of equipment of halls. It allows to provide participants of meetings with required materials in the most convenient form with providing a handshaking when holding meetings and presentations.

Equipment of halls the VKS system and its integration with the system of documentation allows to connect removed participants to the held events and also to write and archive them. In a conference room the videowall consisting of video cubes of Christie Microtiles of 6х1.5 meters in size (15х5 video cubes created on LED technology) which allows to perform one-time scalable demonstration of video content received from several sources is constructed. All halls are equipped with the ceiling plasma display panels falling and turning diversely to deliver visual information to each participant at the event.

With respect thereto many solutions implemented by CROC are individually designed, in accuracy conform to requirements and the customer's wishes. CROC used best practices of the companies: Bosch, Clockaudio, AKG, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Crestron, Christie, Extron, Element One, TV-One, Polycom, DBX, Crown, JBL.

Special attention is deserved by the system of interactive work with presentation materials developed by specialists of CROC on the Microsoft Lync 2010 platform. Its use substantially increases efficiency of the held presentations as both the speaker, and participants can use "pointer" and write over slides on the touch monitors. Simplicity of the interface excludes need of training for the invited external participants of meetings.
