The Russia agricultural firm implemented in work of the accounting electronic archive of documents from GENDALF company what the last announced on January 11, 2020.

Primary activity of JSC Agricultural Firm Russia - poultry farming and production of food eggs. Besides the company produces meat and an offal of a bird, egg powder, sunflower oil, incubatory eggs and grows up young growth of a bird.

The organization works with partners across all Russia. Annually accounting of agricultural firm processes about 40 thousand pieces of primary documents. Therefore the company management made the decision to purchase the program which would simplify work with documents and would make it more convenient.

As such program the electronic archive developed by GENDALF company - "Scan Archive" approached. In this electronic archive the agricultural firm works since summer of 2020.

"Scan Archive" reads out details or special barcodes the entering and outgoing paper documentation, will recognize them and attaches the scan copy to cards in to base "1C". Thanks to it scans of any documents can be found in one click directly in base and to control return of documents from partners using the special report.

The Skan-Arkhiv organization regularly uses at preparation of documents and reports for sending to regulatory authorities. Also are going to load all paper documents for 2020 which nearly 20 thousand into electronic archive. For today entered to "Scan Archive" already about 8 thousand documents.
