The CEO of Credentia Stepan Gershuni considers that modernization of education should happen to orientation to such leading universities as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University and Technical University of Munich which already use the universal standard for issue of the digital diplomas. Such standard allows the student to collect in one place all educational achievements — from the state diplomas to certificates on passing of rates and trainings.[1]
