The Russian Appetite network implements EDI

On January 29, 2015 it became known of start by E-com EDI provider of the project on setup of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) in Russian Appetite network^[1].

Project Progress

The network of points of fast food Russian Appetite implemented exchange of the document DESADV.

"It is a natural situation for points of fast food. Their scheme does not assume Order — booths only accept and sell goods, and the supplier on a confidential basis delivers it — Ivan Babayev, the manager of projects of development department of business of E-com company told. — "Confirmation on shipment" to such network it is useful that the document is loaded into an account in the form of the draft copy of the delivery note, and without it acceptance is impossible. This tool allows to minimize time of goods acceptance and reduces document handling time accounting of retail chain stores".

It is supposed to expand the list of electronic documents for exchange between networks and suppliers.
