RT Labs will provide to Russian Association of Motor Insurers access to additional data SIEI

RT Labs, subsidiary company of Rostelecom, in November, 2017 became the winner of competition of the Russian Association of Motor Insurers (RAMI) at the choice of the developer of the software solution for the organization of information exchange between insurance companies and the state departments through the System of Interdepartmental Electronic Interaction (SIEI).

It is expected that the possibility of obtaining information on documents of the insurer and the vehicle through SIEI will simplify process of an execution of the policy of the CMTPL, will make it public and minimizes risks of falsification at a design of an insurance.

Project Tasks

Within the project RT Labs will develop a subsystem of the AIS CMTPL "Information exchange" which will allow insurers to receive data on vehicles and their owners from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Tax Service, the Ministry of Defence, the Federal Customs Service and JSC Elektronny pasport. The solution will be deployed based on the National cloud platform of Rostelecom.

RSA will consolidate requests of insurance companies and to send them to SIEI of versions 2 and 3 for obtaining necessary information. The complex platform of access developed RT Labs for the organization of interaction of the commercial organizations with infrastructure of the Electronic Government will become a key link in this process of data exchange. RT Labs will also perform complex round-the-clock technical support of a subsystem within a year since solution launch.

The expected effect of implementation

On expectations of RSA, project implementation will give to insurance companies the chance to refuse scanning of documents of the insurer and the vehicle and to request a minimum of the policies of the CMTPL given at a design from car owners.

The experience and competences which are saved up in eight years of operation and development of infrastructure of the electronic government will allow us to develop the software solution meeting needs of members of RSA for the organization of steady communication with executive authorities. The organization of process of information exchange with departments will bring the market of insurance to qualitatively new level, optimizes business processes of insurers and will simplify bureaucratic procedures.
