Unitsolutions equipped a conference room for "The Russian federal geological fund"

2019: Project completion on the conference room equipment

On September 5, 2019 the Unitsolutions company reported that it equipped a conference room for the Russian federal geological fund.

According to the company, the management of fund made the decision to transfer technical meetings and conferences to a digital format and to increase efficiency by means of multimedia technologies. Creation of a modern conference room in which equipment the Unitsolutions system integrator was engaged was for this purpose planned.

The hall of the organization was required to be equipped "turnkey" with the equipment for holding the presentations and also the high-quality system of capture and a sound playback. The central place was taken indoors by a 25-meter table for negotiations on which placed the BKR BLS-U450M conference system with microphone BKR BLS-4513D panels. Also occasional seats and BKR KX-D812 radiomicrophones for guests of department were provided.

The sound playback was provided with the ceiling CVGaudio CRX8T speaker system consisting of 10 loudspeakers and a mixer amplifier of CVGaudio M-483T. For work with video records, the presentations and images the projector of Sony VPL-EX575 and the sliding screen and also 3 commercial TVs located on the right and to the left of a table was set. For the leader of a conference the touch display which allows to manage display of content on the screen and TVs was provided and also if necessary to edit information in the presentations. Harmonious functioning of the equipment was ensured by the cross-point switch CleverMic VWC 22.

Conferences and correction of operation of the equipment the operator for whom the separate workplace is provided manages now. Control blocks, the amplifier, the receiver of radiomicrophones and the cross-point switch were set in a floor telecommunication cabinet: such solution allowed to save unique design of the premises.

The conference room provided the staff of the Russian federal geological fund with modern multimedia technologies and allowed to hold meetings in digital.
