The Russian Standard bank transferred service and repair of ATMs to outsourcing

On June 8, 2015 the MAYKOR-BTE company announced signing of the contract with Bank Russian Standard on technical support of NCR ATMs.

Project Tasks

The geography of the project covers 38 regions, including Moscow and the Moscow region. Service is performed on a packet of FLM+SLM as a part of which repair of the equipment which failed.

According to the contract, service will be provided in a foreground mode – completion dates of requests for technical support will not exceed three hours, on repair – 5 hours.
