2024: Implementation of "1C: Holding Management "

IT solutions integrator MKSKOM has completed the implementation of the automated system 1C: Holding Management for the Russian Utilities Group of Companies, a private water supply and sanitation operator in Russia. This was announced by "MKSKOM" on March 11, 2025.

The creation of a single comprehensive solution for automating treasury processes, budgeting and IFRS made it possible to increase the efficiency of the financial unit and stop dependent on foreign licenses.

Management decided to replace Western software with Russian software with similar functionality and simultaneously automate all other functions of the financial unit. As a result, the software product "1C: Holding Management" was used for automation.

The general contractor for the project was Kept.

The tasks of Kept included the development of a target data model, business processes and methodology for the implementation of the system, as well as general turnkey project management. MSKOM, a company specializing in the implementation of 1C: Holding Management, was involved as a system IT integrator of the project.

The implementation of 1C: Holding Management is our desire to achieve maximum efficiency and transparency in management based on domestic software. Now the approval and processing of payments is carried out in a single system, the consolidated statements are automatically formed in the necessary time, and the business does not depend on foreign licenses, said Naila Mukhamedzanova, director of economics and finance of the Russian Utilities Systems group of companies.

The specialists adapted and transferred the budgeting and management accounting model to the system, and implemented the collection of consolidated IFRS statements. This system carries out all Treasury activities, from the creation and approval of payment requests to the posting of a bank statement. The system also introduces a subsystem for managing investment projects, created functionality for long-term planning, calculation of tariff solutions.

In total, over 300 forms have been developed that allow you to keep records and analyze data. The system has created mechanisms that repeat the important functions of the foreign system, to which the financial unit is used.

A feature of the project, first of all, is the scale of coverage of functional areas. All functions of the financial unit are integrated and interrelated in the system. We have created a single work circuit for all specialists - said Pavel Gorbachev, Director General of MKSKOM.
