"The Russian factoring company" completed automation of service of electronic factoring

On November 13, 2015 the E-com company announced the conclusion of partnership in the project of providing E-com FactorEx service of "The Russian of factoring company".

"Thanks to services of Electronic Data Interchange factoring process becomes more transparent mechanism today", - Vladimir Inyakin, the CEO of the Russian factoring company according to the results of conclusion of an agreement announced cooperation with provider of electronic document management E-com.

Factoring services are going to be provided within FactorEx service of E-com company. It is the system of electronic factoring which allows to automate tripartite data exchange between the supplier, a factor and retail chain stores.

Anton Shevchenko, the project manager of E-com company, told: "In factoring market development an important part is occupied by electronic services in data exchange thanks to which the accuracy and speed of transactions increases. And, above all, verification of delivery of goods is performed. It allows to confirm the fact of delivery and to minimize risk of falsification of shipment documents".

"For factors it is a new round of development, - Inyakin added. - Taking into account that today in the market rather high expectations on defaultness and factoring is slowed down, it is obvious that there is a new opportunity for reorientation of the activity to other schemes of work allowing to lower risks from transactions".

In FactorEx service the possibility of automatic verification is implemented. It is only enough to approve with the Factor the list of documents for sending (The order, the Shipping notification, the Notification on acceptance, ESF) and they will automatically go. It, on Shevchenko's assurance, helps to save time on process of verification and to receive financing in a foreground mode.
