Russian leather

In Russian Leather company the MFG/Pro system (QAD Enterprise Applications 2007) is implemented in 2009. A system was selected on the basis of results of the tender held in the spring of 2007.

Preference was given to a production ERP system of QAD because of rather low cost of ownership and simplicity of its adaptation under features of tanning production.

By project plans on development and deployment of MFG/Pro 1.5 years are taken to Russian Leather companies. In the 2007th year time NORBIT company zanimalast setup and development of the pilot solution on one of the production directions of the company which is expanded afterwards to scales of all enterprise.

Implementation of MFG/Pro in Russian Leather company and development on its basis of a corporate system of management of productive activity control of the movement of batches of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished goods are intended to automate, accounting of consumption and the movement of materials and planning of material flows taking into account specifics of production. Also functional modules of sales management and a possibility of calculation of direct cost value will be a part of the solution.
