Rosseti and Infotech Group will start a pilot project on digitalization of power

The Infotech Group IT company which is engaged in automation of an electric grid of Moscow, and Rosseti group agreed about a possibility of start of a joint pilot project. The Infotech Group systems already work in one of the largest electric grid companies of the country, United Energy Company (UEC), and also are implemented in several Russian power grid organizations.

On April 16, 2019 at a meeting of the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak with heads of Rosseti and OEK the head of department was positive for result of digitalization of United Energy Company based on the hardware and software system Infotech Group. The functionality of the applied software was recognized sufficient for the import substitution purposes.
