Russian sea (Microsoft Dynamics AX)

The AND Project company started implementation of a corporate information system of management based on Microsoft Dynamics AX in the Russian Sea group of companies which is engaged in wholesale by fish and seafood, production of fish products and cultivation of fish.

Need of implementation of the ERP system was realized by the management during the performed restructuring of the company and also in connection with the planned group exit in 2008 to the IPO. It is supposed that the ERP system will cover all business divisions, including the central office of the company and production capacities in Noginsk and also more than 40 branches of "The Russian of the fish company" which is also entering into Russian Sea group of companies. The solution will have to support all key fields of business and integrate the companies of group in a common information space. Automation of distributor activity of group and supply chain management based on the solution "AND Project should become the most important part of the project: The distributed distribution for Microsoft Dynamics AX".

In the field of external logistics conducting customs transactions will be automated, management of automobile, container and ship shipments is implemented. Control of location of goods, correction of delivery dates, development of routes and control of accompanying documents will be exercised in the online mode.

In a system it is going to implement lot-based accounting of goods and also veterinary certificates on products will be fixed, expiration dates will be automatically determined depending on date of arrival of a batch. Calculation of managerial cost value of batches in different cuts will be implemented. Automation of trade purchasing activity will allow to control customer orders, to place orders at suppliers and to monitor the course of their accomplishment, to perform flexible pricing and maintaining price lists, to calculate transport and procurement expenses, to trace delivery dates of goods and to control the current remaining balance in warehouses.

In a new system the consolidated statements on group will be prepared, to be kept financial accounting according to international standards (IFRS). Also a framework of the project includes automation of accounting according to the Russian standards, tax and management accounting. On the basis of the module "Uniform Treasury" (development of AND Project company) in addition to standard functionality of the ERP system there will be an automated management of in cash of all group.
