Alexey Anosov, the vice rector of the Russian State Trade and Economic University (RSTEU) noted that as a result the management of university would like to receive the complete system constructed on related products. "I want to be sure that all this will be compatible and will be able to work as it is provided directly by the producer. In that case lower the probability of failures, is less risks and in general much more attractive are financial conditions of project implementation. There is also one more important point: I am limited in qualified personnel, and I do not want to implement the solutions requiring unique specialists who alone and will understand as as functions and will begin to dictate to me such terms that I also will not be able to satisfy", - Anosov emphasized.
