"The international oil company" is oil and gas holding, is engaged in investigation of oil and gas fields and renders services. The company is engaged in exploration and development of fileds of oil and gas in Russia and Kazakhstan. The company carries out search works on four license areas in the Khanty-Mansi region of KhMAO on two of which in 2011 discoveries were made. The company conducts works with the purpose of exploration and development of fileds of UV on two sections the Nizhnevartovsk region of KhMAO where it is planned experienced operation of certain wells in 2012. Also search of UV on one section in the Tomsk region is performed.

PROBLEMS AND TASKS

The management of the Moscow office made the decision on implementation of the specialized software product for automation of budgeting and accounting according to IFRS. For project implementation the Homnet company and the software product "was selected by Homnet: IFRS". Within the project the uniform configuration based on the 1C: Enterprise Accounting 2.0 software product with the integrated subsystem "Homnet had to be developed: The IFRS", configure a uniform distributed database, formation of financial statements is configured. Solution

The MNK company carried out market monitoring of software products and having compared several accounting systems stopped the choice on the software product "Homnet: IFRS", developed by Homnet company on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. "Homnet: The IFRS" allow to keep individual account of each company and to prepare the consolidated statements. Besides, this system at the same time allows to perform automatic broadcast of data from the bookkeeping registers which are kept according to accounting standards of the Russian Federation in accounting registers IFRS.

Our specialists conducted preproject examination based on which the work plan on the organization of a common information space using the "management of distributed databases" mechanism was made. Within the project the following works will be performed:

• automation of accounting according to IFRS based on these RAS it agrees the IFRS methodology admitted to the Companies;
• automatization of reporting according to IFRS agrees the IFRS methodology admitted to the Companies;
• automation of Budgeting it agrees the budgeting methodology admitted to the Companies;
• automatization of formation of the Management reporting (comparison of planned data with actual) agrees the methodology admitted to the Companies.

System implementation "Homnet: IFRS" called significantly to reduce reporting time, labor input of its formation and will exclude possibility of the errors caused by a human factor that is relevant for operational work of the large company.
