In "The Russian sweets" the implementation project of a complex of the solutions Prestima and Directum started

In Belarus the implementation project of a complex of the solutions Prestima and DIRECTUM started. In Russian Sweets company budget, financial and contractual processes will be automated that will positively affect efficiency of its activity.

The Russkiye sladosti LLC company – offers the wide range of candy stores and groceries, performs high-quality distribution and final logistics of food in Belarus. The company performance covers all segments of product sales from large wholesale before retail.

Under the direction of the head office "Russian Sweets" which is located in Minsk 6 branches work. The geographically distributed structure requires effective management and adequate assessment of activity of each segment of the company. Therefore the company management made the decision to automate management accounting. It will allow to consolidate all necessary reporting, will provide controllability of key processes and by that will increase efficiency of activity of all company.

After consideration by the management of several software products, a choice for benefit of a complex of the solutions CPM+ECM based on budgeting systems of Prestima and electronic document management of DIRECTUM was made.

As a result of implementation of joint developments of Prestima+DIRECTUM – Budgeting, Treasury of the Enterprise and "Complete Contract Management" in "The Russian sweets" will be automated the following business processes: �� budget management; �� operational planning and management of financial flows of the enterprise; �� approval of contractual documents and requests for carrying out payments; �� data analysis under agreements, management of receivables and payables; �� formation of the corporate and management reporting on budgeting, management of finance and agreements.

The combination of specialized tools for planning of budgets, distribution and control of financial resources in the Prestima system with the organization of document flow in DIRECTUM will allow to build a full stroke of management of key processes of the company. The management reporting implemented in Prestima will help the management to estimate quickly efficiency of activity of the company and to react timely to deviations of key indicators.
