Rusyuniversalbank implemented EDMS

On August 12, 2016 the Cognitive Technologies company announced implementation in IT structure of Rusyuniversalbank of a management system for electronic document management "E1 Euphrates".

Project Tasks

Employees of the bank used local software tools for management of electronic document management. But requirements of business created need of installation of specialized software for automation of transactions with documents, internal minutes of meetings of board members of bank, in particular^[1].

Project Progress

The bank was acquired by a packet of software licenses in May, 2016.

Project Results

Euphrates" flexible abilities to integrate a system into the customer's infrastructure became an important factor for benefit of the choice "to E1. The customer set a goal — to find a system which he will be able independently to integrate with the systems of bank with the minimum involvement of developers of such system. For these purposes E1 Euphrates" was selected "— software have open API. The customer can independently develop necessary plug-ins, and the special module of integration allows to connect different internal systems of the customer with our program.
