the I2 CIS and S3 company announce project completion of system implementation of management of the warehouse EXceed WMS 4000 complex (Infor WM NG)

Warehouse S3 complex has the area of 7500 sq.m., operating height of ceilings - 8 m, 5 tiers of storage, 41 rack, capacity - about 7200 pallets. Features of storage are the goods - expensive and requiring special accuracy at storage, loading, a complete set and shipment. The modern management system for a warehouse complex which had to consider goods expiration dates, serial numbers, a possibility of marking a pallet for a unique barcode, a possibility of support of the different statuses of goods (regulation, defects, not standard, a reserve, etc.), storage of goods on 5 tiers was required for S3 company while selection goes only from the first four tiers, and the 5th has function of replenishment of the others. During the held tender the company selected the EXceed WMS 4000 system (Infor WM NG) which is completely meeting requirements from S3 company.

Automation of a warehouse complex of S3 company was caused by need of increase in accuracy of warehouse transactions, obtaining reliable information about a status of a warehouse, reduction of time for claims activities, creations of a system of motivation of employees of a warehouse and some other the factors which are directly influencing business development of S3 company.
