Control of cost value of transportations was the main objective at system implementation of EASU FKHD on SAP R/3 platform, including the fuel prices completing spare parts and the salary of drivers and conductors reported Smarttekhnologiya in 2008.
In 2006-2007 EASU FKHD was implemented in two bus fleets. The developed system included:
- solution on payroll (price-work and time)
- the solution "Waybill" which allows to enter, edit and store all accounting information on planning and primary documentation and also to carry out the analysis of accomplishment of transport work and to prepare the necessary reporting.
After commercial operation of EASU FKHD it was replicated in 15 bus fleets.
The successful completion of the first stage allowed to implement EASU FKHD and in the electric transport. The 4th trolleybus park and Krasnopresnensky tram depot was automated. The late solution was implemented in remained 12 electrodepots.
In 2007 EASU FKHD was implemented in management Mosgortrans. The system allowing to automate financial and economic activities of the enterprise in a part was developed for management:
- accounting;
- fixed asset accounting;
- planning and cost accounting;
- personnel and payroll;
- managements of material flows;
- tax accounting and reporting;
- accounting of the real estate.
Besides, accounting of the real estate in bus fleets was automated. During a stage based on two bus fleets design, development and deployment of the solution allowing to register, make assessment and to control property rental was carried out.
After commercial operation this solution was replicated in 15 bus fleets.
Throughout all implementation project of Smarttekhnologiya rendered services in functional support of EASU FKHD.
The implemented functionality:
FI is management of finance and accounting FI-AA is fixed asset accounting and intangible assets FI-SL is tax accounting and the reporting CO is planning and accounting of actual costs MM - management of material flows PM is maintenance and repair HR are a personnel and payroll RE is real estate administration STC is accounting and the movement of work of vehicles (for transport branches).
As a result of implementing solutions of SAP in SUE Mosgortrans, company management the following results were mentioned:
1. Creation of a common information space:
- the uniform centralized normative reference books;
- uniform primary documentation;
- uniform algorithm of payroll it agrees the approved Management SUE Mosgortrans to payment types and legislations of the Russian Federation;
- uniform reference book by debtors of creditors;
- uniform algorithm of calculation of costs and planning taking into account specific features of branches according to account policy SUE Mosgortrans;
- uniform format of the reporting of branches before Management SUE Mosgortrans;
- algorithms of control and report forms are unified;
2. Control of work in all branches on divisions in real time
3. Cost reduction of fuel and lubricants ~ 15% due to control of consumption rates of fuel and lubricants on a run for each modification.
4. Increase in between-repairs vehicle mileage due to timely carrying out planned precautionary repairs and TO on vehicle mileage. Use of practice of warranty works
5. Timely transfer of the reporting provided by branches in Management SUE Mosgortrans. There was an opportunity to prepare the operational reporting for any time frame
6. Accurate differentiation of the rights and powers of users
7. Maintaining the unified register of a real estate with unique characteristics
8. Providing uniform information and technical support from the supplier of the solution – SAP companies.
