On February 14, 2019 it became known that Agroterra will continue to use tools of profound analytics to save competitive advantage in the market. The company is going to make high-quality breakthrough in digital-agriculture using the software of SAS.

In 2018 Agroterr completed complete agrochemical inspection of all fields. Having organized own modern laboratory, specialists of Agroterra took more than 10 thousand soil samples and made more than 40 thousand analyses. The detailed map of agrochemical composition of lands became result of these researches. It allows to define more precisely what macrocells are necessary to a specific field. And the software of SAS allows to calculate their optimal quantity for each culture. For carrying out calculations the company used such solutions of SAS as SAS Enterprise Miner, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS OR, SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Visual Statistics. On the basis of data retrieveds specialists of the company already introduced autumn fertilizers on the current season's crop eve. Optimization of a power supply of soils by the principle to "each field on requirements" will allow to align productivity, to increase economic effect of application of fertilizers and more precisely to predict profit.
