On November 26, 2018 CORUS Consulting Group announced end the project on migration data in Russian divisions of the company SATO on the platform Microsoft Office 365. Also the command of the system integrator develops functionality CRM- solutions on interaction with tenants according to requirements of the Russian tax law. For November, 2018 specialists of integrator give complex technical support Microsoft Office 365 Microsoft Dynamics 365, the automated jobs of users and IT infrastructures.

Choosing a Solution

Earlier the company used services of the known mail service that was insufficiently convenient for head office in Finland and branch of the company in St. Petersburg. In order that all processes of mail transfer were performed in a single system of online services, management of SATO made the decision on migration on other platform. At selection a full compliance to requirements of the law on personal data protection, the convenience of using and broad functionality became important requirements to a system, as defined the choice for benefit of Microsoft Office 365.

As the partner in project implementation the CORUS Consulting company was invited.

Project Progress

Before works on migration of a mail service in Microsoft Office 365 specialists of integrator performed inventory of the equipment of the company and booked audit of IT infrastructure of the customer which defined the main areas of work. The command of Corus Consulting performed installation and setup of the equipment, increased availability of Wi-fi service and also standardized the software in all workplaces of employees. Creation of architecture of Microsoft Office 365 and data migration in an installed system became the next stage of the project.

For ensuring stable and failsafe work of service by specialists remote support is given: all requests of employees on the arising incidents are fixed in the Service Desk system and transparent accounting of the statuses of requests of users is provided. Also the integrator performs monthly preventive check of technical condition of jobs of users and the multimedia equipment at office SATO.

Also works and within support of the CRM solution were carried out. Expansion of a range of services, provided by the company, and updating of the Russian tax law demanded from the Russian branch SATO of adaptation of the current functionality of a system on management of lease of apartments and interaction with tenants.

Results

Within the current changes spetsilist of Corus Consulting updated functionality of a system in connection with last modifications of the legislation from a part of calculation of the VAT. It will help division of SATO with St. Petersburg not only to continue to keep correctly tax accounting, but also to create unloadings of the reporting with the updated rate. Besides, a system was finished by add-on functional units which will help with management of the accompanying business processes of SATO – lease of storerooms and a parking – and formation of the corresponding documentation on the directions.

February 19, 2015. CORUS Consulting Group developed for SATO company the solution on management of leases of apartments and interaction with tenants based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.

Choosing a Solution

For fast and convenient work the solution which will allow to automate key processes of customer interaction was required. When choosing the solution the company management paid special attention on functionality of a system, compliance to international standards and also on existence of the cloud version of a product. As a result as the platform SATO which is completely meeting expectations was selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. The CORUS Consulting company having experience of system implementation both in the field of the real estate and in the international companies became the partner in implementation as a result of the tender.

Project Progress

During the project process of work with the real estate – maintaining the directory of apartments and residential complexes, the reference book of furniture and the equipment on apartments, price lists with lease cost is automated. In the company there was an opportunity to keep account of the customer base and contractors, customer relations on all cycle of work – from the first contact before lease agreement signature are automated. Also within the solution the staff of department of service had an opportunity to work with addresses on apartments which arrive from tenants.

Result

An opportunity to prepare the specific analytical reporting under profitability indicators, turnover and idle times of apartments became distinctive feature of the project. Thus, the company management defined the most attractive areas and objects for future investments and made the justified management decisions on work with the existing assets.

Besides, specialists of Corus Consulting implement integration with a system "1C: The enterprise" regarding exchange of agreements and accounts. The staff of customer relations department makes out bills and monitors payment through Microsoft Dynamics CRM, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

"We make out about 300 bills monthly. Earlier these accounts formed and sent to clients manually that could borrow about one week a month. By means of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online we are going to reduce significantly an amount of time which employees spend for work with accounts and to make this process the simplest and fast", - Johanna Puranen, the CEO of SATO company in Russia comments.

End of the Project

June 27, 2015. The Corus Consulting group told[1] about project completion on implementation of the developed solution on management of lease of apartments and interaction with tenants based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online in the Finnish company SATO.

During the project automation of complex process of work with the real estate — maintaining the directory of apartments and residential complexes, the reference book of furniture and the equipment on apartments, price lists with lease cost was implemented, standard printed forms are configured that reduced time for execution of agreements. In the company there was an opportunity to keep account of the customer base and contractors, to automate customer relations on all cycle of work — from the first contact before lease agreement signature. Also within the solution the staff of department of service had an opportunity to work with addresses on apartments which arrive from tenants.

The implemented system allows to arrange and accelerate processes on signing of the contracts of lease and drawing of accounts, to provide the optimal organization of work with addresses and to implement fast formation of managerial reports.

Gave to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online the chance to prepare the analytical reporting under profitability indicators, turnover and idle times of apartments. The similar information which is quickly provided to the management of SATO helps to determine most precisely parameters of objects for future investments and to make the justified management decisions on work with the existing real estate fund. Besides, the CRM system is integrated with "1C: Enterprise" for exchange of agreements and accounts that allows to make out quickly bills and to monitor their payment using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

"In spite of the fact that SATO owns rather big housing stock in Russia, we still had no local centralized system of accounting of tenants, apartments, addresses and therefore were constantly forced to execute a set of manual operations on preparation and signing of the contracts of lease, drawing of accounts, preparation of reports. I can give the term which we monthly spent for making out all bills to clients, and them already more than 300 as an example. The procedure of drawing of monthly accounts in total took us more than a week.
