The logistic operator of SDEK passes to the innovative technology of salary payment: the company will implement the PayDay service developed in Mail.ru Group what the last announced on February 9, 2021. It is one of the first cases of transfer of employees for "salary on demand" in the transport sphere. The staff of SDEK will have an opportunity using free mobile application to keep track of quantity of the earned money and to receive them when they are necessary, but not two times a month. Employees of SDEK in Novosibirsk, Moscow and St. Petersburg will be able to estimate advantages of this technology of payment already on start. It is planned that will connect all staff of the company to service.

By data the VCIOM, 8 of 10 working Russians appeared in a situation when there is not enough money to salary. 72% of workers receive payments twice a month. Flexible access to salary allows to lower the stress connected with financial questions and to use money while it is necessary. The employers offering to the employees service "money on demand" note decrease in a staff turnover, faster closing of vacancies and growth of motivation of personnel to take additional hours and changes.

It became clear that vast majority of our employees, 75%, would like to have an opportunity to receive the earned money before day of advance payment or salary.
