Project of separation of IT infrastructure of JSC SDS Azot from network of SIBUR holding

Due to the transaction on purchase of 100% of stocks of JSC Sibur Minudobrenie company (afterwards it is renamed into JSC SDS-Azot) Holding companies "Siberian Business Union" in December, 2011, there was a need for separation of IT infrastructure of JSC SDS-Azot from network of SIBUR Holding. According to the results of an open competition at the choice of service provider the LanKey company became the winner.

The LanKey company made expert evaluation of the current level of functioning of IT infrastructure, developed the step-by-step plan of migration, developed recommendations about increase in efficiency. For new infrastructure the failover cluster of virtual machines based on Hyper-V was constructed, were made migration of the domain Active Directory, e-mail Exchange Server, there were also smigrirovana profiles, computers of users and file servers.

As a result of JSC SDS-Azot received scalable and failsafe IT infrastructure with all services, necessary for work. Thanks to the implemented technologies of virtualization, in JSC SDS-Azot it was succeeded to lower operating costs of IT systems, to increase its performance and also to increase reliability and security of IT infrastructure, and means of centralized operation of System Center allowed to reduce administrative costs.
