The information systems used on JSC SMPP had separate character, were technology outdated and required more and more resources on temporary use of their operating state. The specified problems and tasks required for them the solution to apply a modern information system of the class ERP. And in 2013 JSC SMPP (then JSC SMPP) obratilos v Intaris Group for implementation of the modern complex information management system by the enterprise.
Within project implementation on implementation of "1C:ERP" the set of organizational and methodical tasks of the client was solved:
- approaches to structuring and maintaining reference books of divisions, storage locations and operation are changed;
- the methodical guides to maintaining and normalization of resource specifications and route charts of production in "1C:ERP" are developed;
- qualifiers of items of expenditure and cash flow are worked out;
- the additional end-to-end control example on planning and accounting of production is created;
- the additional method of production dispatching is developed;
- promodelirovan the mechanism of start of a system from indistinct NSI for ensuring accounting of actual cost in the course of start of a system in trial operation;
- the end-to-end technique of serial accounting of Inventories on all logistic flow at the enterprise is developed for ensuring implementation of requirements of FZ-275;
- the regulations of maintenance of a system on the ITIL model using several levels of support and classification of types of requests for technical support are developed.
In the project 42 documents of instructions and methodical instructions on work with accounting and managerial functions of a system were developed and training more than about 200 people from 21 different divisions is provided.
