2018: Automation of the financial model of management accounting and budgeting

Completed works:

• Configured, refined in accordance with the Customer's requirements and integrated into the existing "1C: Trade Management" subsystem "ITAN: Management Balance" with a typical management accounting model;
• Set up reports Profit and loss statement by items and central financial statements, Cash flow report by items and central financial statements, Management balance by CEC, Transformation, Turnover analysis, Income and expenditure budget report, CEC efficiency analysis, Income and expenditure budget plan (in terms of the Central Federal District and Articles), Actual Plan of the Income and Expenditure Budget (in terms of Central Federal District and Articles), Cash Flow Budget Plan (in terms of the Central Federal District and Articles), Actual Plan of the Cash Flow Budget (in terms of Central Federal District and Articles), Forecast Balance (in terms of Central Economic District and Balance Sheet Items), Balance Sheet (in terms of Central Economic District and balance sheet items);
• Personnel training, support, consulting and technological support;

Results obtained:

• Correct accounting and reporting of income and expenses of the enterprise;
• Publication of an album of management reporting, budgeting and cash management forms in the system "ETHAN: Management Balance";
• Commissioning of functional blocks "Budgeting," "Cash Management" and "Management Accounting" into industrial operation;
