Situation. At Asics company the new branch in Moscow opened. The solution Microsoft Dynamics NAV is successfully implemented at head office of Asics company which is in Amsterdam, Holland. The European company management made the decision to automate work of the Russian branch in Moscow.

Specialists Impact-Soft were faced by the following tasks:

Choosing a Solution. Among a large number of ERP systems the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system was selected. A system which maintains such feature was required. The solution Microsoft Dynamics NAV supports a matrix data reporting system. Therefore the solution Microsoft Dynamics NAV was selected".

Solution. Specialists of Impact-Soft company carried out merge of objects of corporate solution of Asics company and the Russian version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The functionality supporting corporate business processes was finished taking into account requirements of the Russian legislation. Localization of the solution borrowed all about half a year.

Results. As a result of implementation all purposes and tasks which faced Impact-Soft company were carried out. The European version of the solution was adapted for the Russian accounting. The solution supports corporate processes, reflects specifics of Fashion of business. The client can consider color and the size of goods in representation by matrices and to keep account according to requirements of the Russian legislation.

Prospects. Now the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system is on service maintenance of Impact-Soft company. In the Russian branch of Asics company the 5th version of the solution while in the European branch there is the 4th version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is set.
