2021: Creating an online store

The customer needed a multi-brand online store of cast discs and other automotive products for retail and small wholesale orders. Most companies in the market have already caught the connection between a service that takes into account user requests and sales. The convenient site increases the image of the company and confidence on the part of customers, as well as increases sales through a well-thought-out service.

Decisions

Based on our own pre-design studies and analytical data, as well as having carefully studied the materials provided by SKAD (analytical data, style guides, etc.), a detailed pre-design survey and benchmarking was carried out, CJM was compiled together with the customer, an interactive prototype and design for the marketplace were developed.

Online fitting

A service has been created with which you can clearly assess how disks on a particular car model will look. Here, the user can select a brand, model from the list, year of release and modification. It is also possible to set the color of the car and choose the background.

In the online fitting for users, convenient functionality works - the car is recorded in the list by which the search was made. If the visitor searched for several different models, the information will also be recorded.

For all users, it is possible to save the car by adding the selected model to My Garage. If the user first selected the disks, and then decided to check how they would look, but the disks do not fit the selected car in terms of parameters, the service will inform you about it.

Personal account

A personal account on the marketplace is implemented for two types of users: an individual or a legal entity. When registering, a new buyer is given the option of choosing a type, and in the second case, you need to confirm the status using company details.

Checkout

Depending on the region and shipping method you choose, your payment methods are set up on the site. In addition to paying online (more than 15 connected payment systems), cash and card payments are available upon receipt. Since the purchase of discs is often made on credit, the site is integrated with the lending module from Sberbank.

During the delivery processing phase, the buyer can choose a shipping company from the proposed list or declare any other.

In your personal account, the buyer can track the progress of the order. In addition, key changes to the order status are accompanied by notifications.

Results

The demand for the company's products for 10 months of 2021 increased by 44%. This was facilitated, among other things, by a convenient marketplace.
