SKB-Bank announced in October, 2011 start of the integration platform designed to increase quality of remote customer service and to simplify an output to the market of new services.
Due to intensive dynamics of business development the bank needed to reduce time to market of new banking products and to provide their availability to clients of mobile bank. The task of integration of information platforms of bank, including the automated banking system and the system for remote servicing of clients was set for IT department of bank.
The Khosta group working at the market of system integration in the Ural region became the contractor of the project. As a basis of the software solution IBM WebSphere Message Queue and Message Broker — products which completely met requirements of bank for functionality, universality and reliability were selected. The IBM Power servers became base for the integration platform. The high controllability and optimal speed of connection of new information systems according to the necessary security level, says SKB-Bank became keyword parameters of a new information and technology complex.
