Trial operation "THESIS" in SKDF

The project is designed to provide complex workflow automation and to increase control of execution of documents and instructions. In SKDF LLC the stage of trial operation began.

SKDF LLC works at the Russian market since 1999. The company has own warehouses in the territory of Samara and the Samara region and is a large supplier of a transport container which logistics is provided by qualified employees.

The needs for ordering of processes on creation, storage, approval and execution of documents of the company became premises of automation of office-work at the enterprise. In the spring of 2012 the management of SKDF LLC made the decision on system implementation of management of documents and tasks of TEZIS which is urged to systematize flows of the internal and external official documentation, to arrange document flow processes and also to provide control of execution of documents, instructions. At the moment to SKDF LLC there is a trial operation of the solution.

We liked functionality of the solution in combination with flexibility of the platform and ease of maintenance of a system, besides we had no problems at system testing, unlike other applicants. In the activity the SKDF company uses the advanced developments and technologies. All jobs of users are equipped with modern IMac Apple personal computers. The staff of SKDF LLC actively operates the Apple iPad tablet computers in the work. Within an implementation project of corporate EDMS use of the PDA version of the THESIS system is also planned.
