On November 25, 2019 Corus Consulting Group announced project completion on creation CRM- systems on the platform Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the analytical solution based on Microsoft Power BI in torgovo- production company SKL Group. Using complex IT- the tool distributor automated management marketing and control of connection of clients at all stages of a funnel of sales and also simplified the deep analysis of results financial and productive activity.
For high-quality interaction with such number of partners and planning of distribution the producer needed the technological tool. CORUS Consulting Group proposed SKL Group the complete solution which kernel is the CRM system of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
In this solution on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform automatic routing of potential clients on responsible managers who are assigned to specific regions was configured. The project team implemented the evident card of visualization of the customer base and automated work with the directory of goods, numbering more than 1.5 thousand units of production. As a result marketing specialists of SKL Group received the convenient tool which helps to segment the customer base by 15 parameters and to do exact selections for campaigns for expansion of distribution and connection to a trade - to marketing actions.
A CRM-system allows to pick up quickly goods, to automatically create the commercial offer with relevant actions and individual discounts and also to prepare the personalized presentation less, than in 1 minute – it is enough to manager to send ready documents to the client only.
